Eddyfi / NDT is an international organization working in high technology which has great ambitions and which gives itself the means to achieve them. Over the past year we have more than doubled our size and we are not done yet. Several projects are still on the drawing board and we need to consolidate our progress while adding a key person to our corporate talent and culture team.

In this role, you will have to:
Advise managers to properly target their needs and adapt the strategy to optimally fill positions in line with the values of the organization;
Perform the entire recruitment, selection and hiring cycle (sourcing / receiving CVs, selection, candidate assessments, telephone and in-person interviews, job negotiations, etc.) ensuring an exceptional candidate experience;
Build a contact network of potential candidates;
Suggest and participate in the implementation of new concepts and techniques to acquire talents;
Participate in recruitment and visibility activities, such as university fairs, conferences, career days, etc .;
Collaborate with the Talent and Culture teams in supporting the team's recruitment activities;
Ensure the management and integrity of data in our HRIS, Dayforce, ensuring the consistency of processes;
Contribute to the development of the department by providing ideas and taking charge of development initiatives;

As the Corporate Ambassador, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting new talent and will work in concert with the Talent and Culture team as well as with managers. He will participate in the implementation of our global recruitment strategy at our various sites around the world for all of our business units. The person's mission will be to manage the staffing processes of our growing company for our strategic positions.

Profile: 
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or any other profile deemed relevant;
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in recruitment, selection and hiring;
French and English bilingualism is required.
Experience in international recruitment an asset;
Experience with Dayforce an asset;
Have a strong knowledge of social media and tools relevant to spotting;
Strong interest in business and ability to showcase the organization's employment proposition (EVP);
Experience in implementing the employer brand is an asset;
Excellent search skills for active and passive candidates and have an extensive external network;
Demonstrate professionalism, autonomy and have excellent judgment
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate a keen sense of customer service.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal.
Demonstrate agility, team spirit and demonstrated ability to multitask.
